At Two Rivers Ohakune, we strive to deliver an exceptional stay for every guest. We also understand that expectations can vary, and if something is not meeting yours during your stay, we warmly invite you to talk with us while you are here. We'd much rather have the opportunity to address any concerns while you're staying with us than learn about them afterwards. Resolving issues in person is usually quicker, more effective, and far more satisfying for everyone. Our goal is simple: for you to leave Two Rivers happy, relaxed, and with wonderful memories of your time with us.

We invite all guests to consider their stay and review Two Rivers Ohakune, as their feedback helps us continue to evolve. Since July 2024, online reviews and direct conversations with guests have guided many of the improvements we've made. Two Rivers has always been a special place, but by listening carefully and acting on what our guests tell us, we've made it even better. One example is our custom-made beds, designed to improve comfort while providing additional storage space.
